今天去跑步

想了很久,今天總算下定決心去跑步。
儘管天空飄著微微的細雨,
我還是穿上外套前往三民國中的操場。
22:00的操場出乎我意料之外,
還有大約四、五個人在跑操場。
我輕鬆的做了暖身操便加入跑步的陣容,
剛開始跑的前幾圈覺得還不錯,
不過跑完五圈我就開始發懶,
為了加速體力消耗,我開始直線衝刺,
這招果然有效,跑完兩圈就不行了。
後來又偷偷溜去一邊拉單槓~~
嗯~果然還是上不去QQ
跑完回家立刻洗了熱水澡,還蠻舒服的。

I tried to exercise more. On last Sunday, I went to swim and enjoyed the sauna with my friends after dinner, because everyone put on weight during the Christmas holiday.
Now, before sleeping, I would do some exercise with my legs and my stomach on my bed. Hopefully, I could lose some weight from my body.
